AUSTRALIA’S canola exports in February hit a new-crop high of 505,347 tonnes, more than double the January shipment figure of 191,281t, according to the latest shipment data from the Australian Bureau of Statistics.
Once again, crushers in Europe absorbed the bulk of the volume, with Belgium and Germany jointly accounting for 436,800t, or 87 per cent of the total.
