This position is available on a 3200ha Angus breeding and finishing property in the upper SE of South Australia. Reporting to, and working with, the off-site Farm Manager you will be accountable for the day-to-day management of the property. Core responsibilities include cattle husbandry/handling, infrastructure management & maintenance, pasture establishment & maintenance, and direction/supervision of contractors, casual staff and stakeholders.
Applicants will need to show good mechanical aptitude and a ‘hands-on’ practical approach to daily working conditions, hold a Chemical Users Certificate, current driver’s licence and firearms licence, and be computer literate.
