Beef City Feedlot, 35km west of Toowoomba, has a feeding capacity of 26,500 head and is integrated with Beef City Meat Processing Plant, Farm and Transport Operations.
The Livestock Supervisor has overall responsibility for induction processing, lairage, health and livestock divisions, management of animal health and performance, analysis/reporting of data, budget management of livestock operations, staff management (training and rosters), monitoring/ensuring compliance with QA, HR and WHS requirements.
