Our client operates a large scale beef cattle / sheep and farming property located near Cowra NSW. With over 4500 acres and 1100 Angus breeders and 600 cross bred ewes they wish to employ an experienced, enthusiastic, self motivated person on a full time basis to assist in the operations of the property.
Responsibilities include all aspects of management of pastures/crops, use of modern farm equipment, checking/maintenance of pumps & stock water, general farm maintenance (incl. fencing & welding) and day-to-day farm operations. Ideally applicants should possess a chemical certificate, current driver’s license and HR or HC truck license and have beef cattle and sheep experience, however the employer is willing to improve the skills of the successful applicant.
