Ag conference focus on hot topics for the hot tropics + photos

THE TropAg 2017 conference is in full swing in Brisbane with more than 700 delegates from 46 countries attending the three-day event.

Queensland Alliance for Agriculture and Food Innovation (QAAFI) professor of innovation in agriculture and conference chair, Robert Henry, said the conference focused on advances in research in the agricultural industries in the subtropics and tropics.

It highlighted the emerging trends and high-tech opportunities across a range of industries, including livestock, grain and pulse crops, sugar cane and horticultural crops.
