LAWD agents Danny Thomas and Simon Wilkinson have been appointed to sell the Alcheringa Aggregation but were unable to disclose the buyer or a price guide, however arable land in the area has been achieving upwards of $2500/ha.
Situated in a 392mm average annual rainfall region, the property is also watered by seven equipped bores and numerous dams.
Infrastructure includes include four dwellings, workers’ accommodation, grain and fertiliser storage and numerous sheds.

Linthorpe
After two lifetimes on the land, Robert and son Tim Foster are selling their mixed-farming country in the Great Southern region of WA.
The 1303ha Linthorpe is located 10km from Ongerup and 165km from Albany.
Elders agent David Treeby described it as a good-sized property in a reliable area of the state, with most of the 1052ha of developed land considered suitable for cropping.
While he was unable to offer a price guide for Linthorpe, arable cropping land in the Ongerup district has been making around $7500/ha, or $3000/ac.
Featuring a good mix of soil types ranging from productive grey loam clays to very good York gum loams, the property has been conservatively farmed for both cropping and sheep grazing.
In more recent years, 90pc of the arable land has been growing wheat, barley and canola in rotation.
Water is supplied by 13 dams, well-maintained catchments and numerous rainwater tanks.
Infrastructure includes two older homes, a six-stand shearing shed, new steel sheep yards, a 100-tonne fertiliser shed, grain silos, and numerous sheds.
Linthorpe is being offered for sale by expressions of interest via formal offers.
