The Livestock Procurement Officer manages the external purchases of AACo’s livestock programs, and is responsible for all aspects of livestock procurement. Main responsibilities include maintaining and developing sustainable relationships with supply partners, identifying and establishing new partners, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of stock, management reporting on all aspects of procurement and ensure all purchases meet animal welfare and WHS regulations.
With experience in the beef cattle industry you will also have experience in a procurement role, people skills, planning and time management skills, strong computer skills and excellent written and oral communication skills.
