SEVERAL low-pressure systems moved across southern Australia during the week, resulting in widespread rainfall totals up to 10mm across the south-west of Western Australia, south-east of South Australia, southern parts of Victoria and eastern Tasmania.
Weekly rainfall totals of 10-50mm were recorded across most of western Tas.
A low-pressure system and trough developed off the New South Wales and Queensland coasts.
Weekly rainfall totals up to 50mm were recorded across the central and northern coast of NSW, and isolated rainfall totals greater than 100mm were recorded in a small pocket of the mid-north coast.
Isolated showers and thunderstorms across northern Australia generated weekly rainfall totals of 10-25mm.
The highest weekly rainfall total was 173mm at The Den near Mooral Creek, NSW, including the highest daily rainfall total of 136mm in the 24 hours to 9am on October 27.
Most of Australia received little to no rain during the week.
